This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers with their insurance needs. No insurance experience is required. We're open to entry-level candidates who are personable, organized, and eager to learn. If you have previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, or another people-focused role, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do As a Customer Relations Associate, you'll help create a positive experience for our customers and support them throughout their relationship with the agency. Your responsibilities may include: Answering customer questions by phone, email, and in person. Helping customers with policy questions, billing inquiries, and account updates. Assisting with policy changes, documents, and other service requests. Building strong, long-term relationships with customers. Following up with customers to ensure their needs are being met. Providing friendly, professional service and helping resolve customer concerns. Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation. Working closely with the agency team to provide a seamless customer experience. Learning insurance products, policies, and agency procedures through hands-on training.
