Recovery Advocate, Peer Support Specialist

MLK Community Healthcare is seeking a Peer Support Specialist to provide peer-based support on the EMPATH unit and beyond. You will advocate for patients and families, share lived experience to build rapport, and assist with navigating behavioral health services and community resources. You will document activities for billing and care coordination, maintain patient confidentiality, and collaborate with the care team to address barriers to recovery and engagement in treatment. #J-18808-Ljbffr MLK Community Healthcare
