Program Manager
Insight Global
Must Haves:
- Financial services experience is required.
- Experience in risk technology or global markets
- Background in technology and data projects (not just business-side risk).
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and communicate clearly with users.
- Understanding of data flows, transformations, and data governance.
Nice to Have:
- SQL or data querying experience
What You’ll Do
- Manage data remediation projects to fix data gaps, incorrect reporting, and missing or incorrect source data.
- Work with upstream systems to source new data, map fields, and validate data flows.
- Coordinate user testing and show how data changes through the system.
- Create documentation for data lineage, audit, and compliance.
- Break work into clear, detailed project steps.
- Work with business users, risk teams, and technology partners.
- Manage LOB-funded tickets and track priorities.
- Use internal tools to manage project tasks; SQL skills are a plus.
