This is an opportunity for a proven automotive retail professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at developing teams, and has a track record of delivering strong financial results while creating an exceptional customer experience. Lead and mentor the F&I team to achieve performance, product penetration, and profitability goals. Structure and secure finance deals through a variety of lending sources. Ensure full compliance with federal, state, lender, and company regulations. Partner with Sales leadership to maximize deal opportunities and customer satisfaction. Present financing, protection products, warranties, and ancillary products to customers. Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results. Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and product providers. Support recruiting, training, and development of future F&I talent. Other duties as assigned by leadership. What You'll Bring Proven success as an Automotive F&I Manager with a strong record of performance. Experience leading, coaching, and developing F&I professionals. Extensive knowledge of finance products, lender programs, and compliance requirements. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Fixed Operations, and dealership leadership. Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and customer-first mindset. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Total Rewards Total Rewards $150,000 - $175,000/ per year This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes a base/draw/hourly offset and the opportunity to earn commission and bonus. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
