ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Jimmy Fay - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone.
• Service beginning of day tasks including:
  • Late pays
  • Supporting document collection
  • Corporate notifications
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries
• Maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer's needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be coachable above all else.
• Property and Casualty License prior to start date.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
