Overview
Seeking an experienced Operating Room RN to provide exceptional perioperative care in a fast-paced surgical environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in circulating surgical procedures while ensuring patient safety and maintaining a sterile field.
Responsibilities
- Circulate during a variety of surgical procedures
- Prepare the operating room and ensure equipment readiness
- Maintain sterile technique and enforce infection control standards
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team
- Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process
- Complete accurate documentation and ensure patient safety
Requirements
- Active Compact RN License
- Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience
- Ability to circulate independently in the OR
- Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing and aseptic technique
