Since 1993, our reputation has been built on providing incomparable service based on high standards of technical ability and project understanding.ResponsibilitiesServe as a liaison between designers, utility agencies, and clients; participate in client meetings and support ongoing relationship management.Manage boundary surveys, right-of-way mapping, staking, topographic surveys, ALTA, utility surveys, and final mapping deliverables.Oversee project planning, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and resource coordination.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards and industry requirements.Provide QA/QC oversight to ensure accurate, high-quality deliverables.Prepare and review proposals, scopes of work, and fee estimates; support contract performance.Track project costs, prepare progress reports, and review/approve invoices; assist with outstanding invoices and change order management.Promote T2ue services and support business development efforts, including identifying opportunities and engaging with current and prospective clients.Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to support strategic planning.Ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication, quality work products, and reliable service.QualificationsProfessionally licensed in engineering (PE), surveying or geology, or alternatively, 4 year college degree plus 3 years' experience in a utility design or utility construction related field, or alternatively, 8 years' experience in a utility design or utility construction related field, or alternatively, 2 years as a Project manager in the Utilities DivisionBSc/MSc Surveying, Civil Engineering or ConstructionMinimum of ten (10) years of related/relevant experienceAbility to effectively network to obtain strategic growth KPl's for new business and key clientsAbility to effectively work under pressure, strategic vision, organizational capability, market intimacyAbility to negotiate proposals and contractsExceptional presentation skillsProject manager experience necessary producing deliverables for Client contractsMicroStation/ORD, Auto CADD Civil 3D a plusWe Offer a Complete Benefits Package!In addition to the opportunity to grow and advance, we offer competitive salaries, paid training, and comprehensive benefits with options to meet your needs, including;Paid time offPaid holidaysCompany provided cell phone or cell phone allowanceMedical and prescription drug coverage – multiple plan optionsFlexible Spending (FSA), Dependent Care (DCA), or Health Savings (HSA) accountsDentalVisionWellness and Employee Assistance ProgramsParental, Family and Medical leave401-K retirement plan w/company matchLife insuranceShort / long term disabilityTuition reimbursementSpot and annual bonus incentivesEmployee discounts and perks* Please Note that selected candidates will be required to pass a drug, background, and reference screening.T2 Utility Engineers is an equal opportunity employer.
