Position Details

• Location: Lewisville, TX
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Salary:  $45,000–$55,000 annually (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified candidates
• Conduct drug screens, E-Verify, and other pre-employment processes
• Source and fill customer job orders within a 24–48 hour  timeframe
• Maintain accurate applicant records and enter applications into the database
• Manage daily recruiting activities to maximize hiring efforts
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding the status of their job orders, including hourly updates for urgent requests
• Conduct outside customer service visits to maintain strong client relationships
• Counsel and, when necessary, terminate employees in accordance with company policies
• Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and employees

Qualifications

• Minimum3 years of recruiting experience ,  preferably in the light industrial staffing industry
• Associate degree preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
• Valid driver's license required
