Job Title: Industrial Plant Manager

Salary: $120K – $160K+

Overview:

Lead all manufacturing operations within an air-cooled heat exchanger facility, ensuring production, quality, safety, and delivery targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily plant operations including fabrication, welding, assembly, testing, painting, and shipping
• Drive production planning, scheduling, and KPI performance (quality, productivity, on-time delivery, cost)
• Lead cross-functional teams across production, maintenance, quality, engineering, and logistics
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance across all plant operations

Qualifications:

• Proven plant management or manufacturing leadership experience
• Strong experience in production, quality, and operational efficiency
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Ability to lead skilled trades in a fast-paced, high-demand environment

Environment:

Non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility; Monday–Saturday, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58.00 - $79.00/hr.
