Sales Development Representative (Cincinnati Metropolitan Area)

We are looking for a new Sales Development Rep at LAUNCH (
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with 10-15 years of successful inside sales experience - operating in a B2B sales environment.
Candidate has to be extremely comfortable with phone outreach and needs to be able to write compelling and thoughtful emails without the help necessarily of Ai.
Responsibilities
- You will represent up to 5 clients (all in disparate industries), looking you're part of each client's firm, and will reach out to prospects they are interested in meeting with.
- You will set meetings for your clients based on their availability.
- You will update and manage all sales activities and account information in CRM
- You will report to your clients every other week on the status of your activity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- 10-15 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
