Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of several high-profile corporate and client-facing events. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong project management skills who can manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, timelines, and event logistics while ensuring a best-in-class attendee experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering large-scale conferences, executive events, corporate programs, or financial services events from inception through post-event evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead event planning and execution activities for multiple corporate and flagship events.
• Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, logistics plans, and project schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, communications, sales, and business stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships including venues, catering, audio-visual providers, production teams, and event agencies.
• Oversee event registration systems, attendee communications, event websites, and digital platforms.
• Coordinate travel, accommodations, and logistics for speakers, guests, and attendees.
• Provide onsite event management support, including registration, vendor oversight, and issue resolution.
• Monitor event deliverables to ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Conduct post-event analysis, reporting, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of event management experience.
• Proven success delivering corporate conferences, client events, executive events, or large-scale programs.
• Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Experience managing event budgets, vendors, contracts, and logistics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality events.
• Experience using event management platforms, registration systems, and website management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting events within banking, capital markets, financial services, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Cvent, Eventbrite, Bizzabo, Splash, or similar event management tools.
• Experience working with senior executives, sponsors, and external partners
