Area Sales Manager South Germany (m/w/d)

About the Role We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Southern Germany, with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with end customers and OEM partners, and will play a key role in expanding our network in Southern Germany and beyond. Responsibilities Independent management and development of existing customers Identification and acquisition of new market opportunities Technical and commercial consulting on‑site Independent preparation and follow‑up of offers Coordination of customer‑specific solutions in close collaboration with internal departments and technical support Conducting in‑depth market and competitor analyses Ensuring high customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth Compliance with all pharmaceutical quality and regulatory requirements Key Requirements Experience in technical B2B sales Experience at an OEM company or with a supplier would be ideal Application of metrics, KPIs, and forecasts for planning and achieving sales targets Practical experience working with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce.com) Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus Technical expertise in vision inspection, general image processing, or camera and sensor technology would be a plus Benefits Permanent employment contract 30 days of vacation per year, additional vacation possible Remote work / mobile work from Germany Company car Givve‑Card gift card benefit Employee referral bonus Special bonus payments for special occasions Company benefits (discounts on purchases from various providers) #J-18808-Ljbffr
