Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both virtually and in the community.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve collective goals, ensuring client-centered care.

• Respect and engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, showcasing sensitivity to differing traditions, beliefs, and interpersonal styles.

• Provide individualized therapeutic services focusing on prevention, treatment, and recovery.

• Assist with crisis interventions, utilizing appropriate de-escalation techniques as necessary.

• Manage a diverse caseload that includes conducting assessments and facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Monitor client admission processes, treatment progress, and discharge criteria to ensure successful transitions in care.

• Complete necessary reporting and data submissions in a timely manner, supporting organizational accountability and improvement.
\n
• Participate in an on-call rotation as assigned to address client needs outside regular hours.
\n
• Engage in quality improvement committees to enhance service delivery and organizational practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with clients from under-served communities who face a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Virginia is essential.

• Demonstrated organizational skills, critical thinking abilities, and a proactive approach to planning and executing treatment strategies.

• Fundamental understanding of age-related issues and developmental needs across diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000, supplemented with a comprehensive benefits package. A sign-on bonus is currently available for new team members.
