Responsibilities Promote the value of practitioner-assisted stretching by achieving sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and continuously refining sales techniques Deliver exceptional customer service and greet members with a smile, schedule appointments, answer calls, and address member concerns Ensure strong member retention through proactive engagement, follow-ups, and a seamless member experience Qualifications Experience or background in sales (preferred) Training provided Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others Willingness to learn new skills About Stretch Zone Using our patented equipment, Stretch Zone practitioners follow specific protocols to help our members experience an increase in athletic performance, improved range of motion, reduced stiffness, and enhanced reaction time. Most stretching methodologies try to wait out, overpower, trick, or ignore the stretch reflex. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.
