Job Description
An Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring adequate stock levels, and coordinating with various departments to streamline the supply chain process. This role plays a critical part in minimizing discrepancies and optimizing inventory control to support operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconciliations
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure timely stock replenishment
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
- Analyze inventory trends to forecast future stock needs
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize losses
- Prepare and submit inventory reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding inventory management
Pay rate: 20.00
Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm
