Strategy and Solutions Integration Lead - Washington, D.C.

Position Overview Support projects for the U.S. Navy that require technical rigor and will tap and build on your expertise. As the Strategy and Solutions Integration Lead, you will work on a dynamic team supporting the NAVSEA AUKUS program within Team Submarine, responsible for integrated support to the Australian Nuclear‑Powered Submarine initiative and contribute to our military defense and the safety of our sailors. Responsibilities Update the program office’s organizational chart. Maintain the AUKUS personnel tracker. Coordinate with new hires and generate associated posters. Assist in producing the program office’s All Hands presentations. Coordinate with stakeholders to complete travel after‑action reports. Manage the program office’s action tracker. Qualifications Active/current DoD Secret Clearance and ability to maintain it throughout employment. U.S. citizenship. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field (an associate degree with four additional years of experience or a high school diploma with six additional years of experience may substitute). Two years of experience, preferably in a government office or as a civilian contractor or military personnel. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in handling organizational elements such as taskers, correspondence, scheduling, and coordination. Experience with knowledge‑management tools such as SharePoint or data migration platforms. Experience creating organization charts with Visio. Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Availability to travel up to 10% of the time. Desired Skills/Experience Experience working with Department of Defense or Navy systems, processes, and culture. Previous experience with NAVSEA, Team Submarine, or similar programs and familiarity with Navy requirements, program‑office organizations, and processes. Experience providing administrative support, including managing standard operating procedures, travel arrangements, and awards coordination. Advanced knowledge of SharePoint development, data migration, and project‑management tools. Experience operating in a fast‑paced environment. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
