This role focuses on delivering expert clinical pharmacy services with a keen attention to sterile IV compounding and medication verification in a hospital setting. The position is designed for a pharmacist with strong clinical skills and the flexibility to support various pharmacy operations as needed. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Every third weekend Key Responsibilities: Verify intravenous (IV) medication orders accurately and promptly Prepare and compound sterile IV medications in the clean room environment as required Utilize clinical expertise to interpret laboratory results and make informed decisions Perform additional clinical pharmacy duties to support patient care and medication safety Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of current experience as an IV pharmacist Clean background check and drug screening compliance Strong clinical acumen with the ability to analyze lab data effectively Flexibility to assist in multiple areas within the pharmacy department This role offers the opportunity for professional growth and transition into a permanent position.
