Human Resources Recruiter
$15 - $20 per hourONYX Brands Holdings Inc.
Drive end-to-end recruiting and hiring coordination for ONYX Brands across multiple teams from sourcing through onboarding. Responsibilities Own full cycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, interviewing coordination, and hiring decisions for multiple open roles. Design and execute sourcing strategies using social media marketing for recruiting, talent management tools, and other candidate attraction channels. Support talent management needs through campus recruiting, executive recruiting, and high-volume recruiting campaigns. Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and provide guidance on employment law considerations and HR legal compliance. Track candidate progress and streamline recruitment workflows using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever or Kenexa BrassRing . Negotiate offers with candidates while ensuring alignment with company policy and applicable employment law standards. Use HR systems including UltiPro and Paychex to support onboarding, employee orientation, and employee evaluation processes. Requirements Proven recruiting experience within human resources, including external recruiting, internal recruiting, and technical recruiting. Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication skills to manage candidate and hiring manager interactions. Demonstrated sourcing ability through research, cold calling, social media marketing for recruiting, and leveraging talent management software. Knowledge of employment and labor law relevant to talent acquisition and employee relations practices. Familiarity with HR systems and ATS platforms such as Lever and Kenexa BrassRing , plus experience with UltiPro and/or Paychex for recruiting data management. Capability to manage high-volume recruitment projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.Experience in training and development related to onboarding or succession planning is a plus.
