Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base. The position requires physical activity in indoor/outdoor environments, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Our Route Service Representatives Enjoy Comprehensive 10‑week training program Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route Mostly a 4‑day workweek Typically no nights or weekends Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives Key Responsibilities Include Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns Grow our existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely Comply with driving and vehicle regulations Required Skills and Qualifications Active driver's license At least 21 years of age DOT medical certification Documentation of prior employment Other qualifications: Physical ability to meet job requirements High School diploma, GED or Military Service Strong customer‑service orientation Self‑motivation and teamwork drive to meet goals Positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit Benefits Cintas offers comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average.
