Dispatcher Job Type: Full-Time / Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays) Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm or 10:00am-8:00pm Employer Will Conduct Background Check, Drug Screen, and Motor Vehicle Check As a Dispatcher you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Evaluate customer calls and match the right technician to every job. Learn the business and learn how to prioritize the most urgent customer calls. Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field. Record and report the service calls. Provide one‑on‑one training of new dispatchers. Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional. Update customers throughout the day on the technician's progress. Skills And Experience Valid driver's license. 9 months experience preferred. Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and MVR check. Proficient with IT systems, phone systems, and CRM software; strong typing skills. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment.
