Job Description Job Description The Physical Therapist PRN/PTA plays a vital role in delivering high-quality physical therapy services primarily in home health settings. EnPhysio is an "OutPatient on Wheels" service that delivers PT in the comfort of the patients home. This role involves assessing patients, developing tailored treatment plans, and executing therapeutic exercises that promote recovery and mobility. Collaborating closely with the healthcare team, the therapist ensures effective patient progress through education and detailed documentation, managing a medium caseload of 5 or more patients weekly. Responsibilities * Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine therapy needs * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans * Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy interventions * Educate patients on therapy goals and self-care techniques * Document patient progress accurately using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) * Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to coordinate care Required Qualifications * Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy * Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of practice * Minimum 2 years of experience in physical therapy * Proficient in patient assessment and therapeutic exercise techniques * Skilled in manual therapy methods * Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems * Strong communication and team collaboration abilities * Effective time management and critical thinking skills Company Description We are the largest "OutPatient on Wheels" PT service that brings the "clinic" to the patient.
