Dental experience is required for consideration. What You'll Do Greet patients with warmth and professionalism Schedule and confirm appointments Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries Verify insurance and process patient information Collect payments and maintain accurate records Coordinate with the clinical team to keep the schedule running smoothly Help create a welcoming, positive office atmosphere What We're Looking For Previous dental front office experience (required) Knowledge of dental insurance and scheduling software Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail A team player who enjoys helping others What We Offer Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM $20-$22 per hour plus bonus opportunities Paid time off & Paid Holidays Medical, dental, vision, & matching 401(k) Supportive and friendly team environment Opportunities for growth and development Modern, patient-centered practice If you're ready to build a rewarding career where your work truly makes a difference every day, we'd love to hear from you!
