Rehab United is seeking an OT who can improve the health and wellness of the patients in our Kearny Mesa facility for initial training and split time between Kearny Mesa and another clinic location based on clinic needs. The successful candidate will have a passion for helping our patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life. Essential Job Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities, as well as their environment and activities of daily living (ADLs) Develop individualized treatment plans for patients, incorporating hand therapy and neurological rehabilitation techniques Educate patients and their caretakers on effective strategies for managing symptoms and improving outcomes Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and physical therapists, to provide well-rounded, comprehensive care Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with company and insurance standards Required Qualifications: Occupational TherapyLicense- National registration and CA state licensure areREQUIRED.
