Title: Medical Office Human Resources (HR) Coordinator

Location: Las Vegas, NV
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Human Resources Coordinator to support a growing multi-specialty healthcare organization. This role will oversee employee onboarding, recruitment, personnel records, compliance, credentialing support, benefits administration, and employee relations across multiple clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain personnel files and HR documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, and hiring processes.
• Process new hire paperwork, employment records, and status changes.
• Track employee licenses, certifications, and training requirements.
• Assist with provider credentialing and healthcare compliance documentation.
• Support employee relations, policy administration, and performance management.
• Maintain HR reports, records, and organizational documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and employment regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical office setting.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, personnel records, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare credentialing or compliance experience.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, AAAHC, and healthcare regulatory standards.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar HR certification preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple clinic locations.
