Pay and Schedule Pay Class: Part‑Time Position for 2nd Shift Hours: 2nd shift 3 pm to 11 pm Site Location: Beverly Home, Charleston, SC 29483 Rate of Pay: $15.81 per hour Responsibilities Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Help people grow, learn, and live well. Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve. Experience ownership and trust from leaders to do what’s right for participants. Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities. Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience: Six months in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred. Vehicle: Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
