Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions via telehealth platforms, adapting interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Create personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and track their progress through structured assessments and follow-ups.
• Provide emotional support and evidence-based interventions to assist clients in navigating their challenges, including mental health disorders, relationship conflicts, and life transitions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, social workers, and case managers, to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to client care.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with licensing requirements, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality while recording treatment progress.
• Stay abreast of developments within the field of counseling, participating in workshops and training to enhance skills and adopt new therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LPC will work with a diverse population, supporting clients across a wide spectrum of backgrounds and mental health challenges. This role will involve engaging with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various life stressors. The clinician will also address family dynamics and relational issues, facilitating improved communication and emotional understanding among family members. Qualifications

Enlightenment Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
