Role Description This full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role is based in Dallas, TX and involves delivering mobile physical therapy services to adult clients in their homes and local settings. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing comprehensive evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing evidence-based interventions focused on strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence. The Physical Therapist will collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed. Additional tasks include documenting treatment sessions, educating clients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety, and contributing to a supportive, inclusive, and professional care environment. Qualifications Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and deliver individualized treatment plans. Experience in Patient Care and Home Care, including working with adults with neurological and medically complex conditions. Knowledge of Medicine principles relevant to musculoskeletal, neurological, and geriatric care. Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas and graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and motivate clients and caregivers. Ability to work independently in the field, manage a mobile caseload, and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the Dallas, TX area. Prior experience in home health, outpatient neuro, or geriatric physical therapy is preferred but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
