Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and support IEP goal development. Provide direct counseling and social-emotional interventions for students as outlined in their individualized plans. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student mental health, learning, and behavioral needs.
