Senior E Commerce Program Manager

Responsibilities Act as a strategic connector across product, engineering, MarTech, security, legal, finance, and vendor partners Define ecosystem migration strategy, guardrails, and success metrics aligned to customer experience and business outcomes Translate business needs into clear problem statements and decision frameworks Influence prioritization, sequencing, and architectural decisions without owning execution directly Establish milestones, dependencies, and decision forums across multiple workstreams Surface risks, tradeoffs, and constraints early; elevate options and recommendations to senior stakeholders Advocate for customer experience continuity, data integrity, and platform stability Maintain visibility into progress, decision history, and interdependencies across partners Mandatory Skills Data Visualization Experience 8-10 Years Compensation The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $173,800. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
