AMG SpecialtyHospital –Hancock Campus is seeking a Full Time Chief Clinical Officer, CCO RN with one-two years of leadership experience is required. The Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) is a Registered Nurseand is a member of the positive leadership and administrative team of two hospital campuses. Also participates in staffing, decision-making, policy determination, and clinical planning and clinical operations of the hospital. She/he has the responsibility for overseeing the management of nursing practices in accordance with regulatory requirements. The CNO must have knowledge of current theoretical approaches to delivering quality nursing care; strategies for examining and applying relevant concepts; current leadership, management, and developmental performance improvement concepts; and the ability to participate in developing and implementing positive strategies to address opportunities for improving nursing care. Current Indiana Registered Nurse Licensure. Current BLS certification. Current ACLS certification. Demonstrated leadership and management ability with a minimum of one to two years’ experience in nursing leadership inhighacuity setting. Able to communicate positively and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
