Job Title

Full-time, Weekdays

Responsibilities:

• Serving as a liaison between the client, operations lead, and corporate support teams.
• Conducting daily communication and participating in client meetings, as necessary.
• Performing audits and inspections of completed work to assess performance (contract and tag).
• Collaborating regularly with the VP of Operations, Operations Manager, client, and/or property management to identify site needs.
• Hiring, supervising, and training employees responsible for maintaining buildings and grounds.
• Managing labor and supply budgets in accordance with contract requirements.
• Tracking and maintaining nightly reports, employee schedules, equipment, and periodic work per contract.
• Overseeing day-to-day workflow, scheduling, and employee assignments.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.
