Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. As a key representative of our brand, you will be expected to enhance the guest experience and contribute to a positive work environment.
Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks, including classic cocktails, craft cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages, with attention to detail.
• Interact with customers, take food and drink orders, and make beverage recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area, including cleaning glassware and equipment.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and tact.
• Perform end-of-shift closing duties, such as cleaning, stocking, and completing reports.
• Collaborate effectively with other staff members, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in a similar environment.
• Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness
• Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and be responsive
• Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs efficiently.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
• AZ Title 4 Basic is required, AZ Title 4 Management is required within 30 days of hire.
• AZ Food Handlers Card is Required
