Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple commercial and multifamily electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
Supervise and mentor Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and project support staff.
Coordinate with field leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Manage subcontractors, procurement, material deliveries, and project documentation.
Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project schedules.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, general contractors, owners, and design teams.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain project success.
Prepare monthly financial reports, job cost projections, billings, and project forecasts.
Promote compliance with company safety standards, quality expectations, and client requirements.
Qualifications

7–10+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
Previous experience managing large

commercial and/or multifamily electrical construction projects .
Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control.
Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior project management staff.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, and construction management software.
Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience

Commercial construction including office, hospitality, healthcare, education, retail, mixed-use, or other large-scale commercial developments.
Multifamily construction including garden-style, podium, mid-rise, high-rise, student housing, or luxury residential developments.
Experience managing electrical projects valued in the multi-million-dollar range.
Familiarity with BIM coordination, prefabrication, and modern construction technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
