Surgery Scheduler - Interventional Vasc/Card Performs job duties and responsibilities as a surgical scheduler. Maintains safe environment for patients, co-workers and self. Demonstrates consistent level of performance and productivity, understands importance of excellent customer service and teamwork. Must be able to demonstrate expertise in public relations, telephone skills, effective written and oral communication, records management, mechanical skills with office equipment such as copier, fax, basic computer skills and computerized scheduling system. Must be able to prioritize work and practice good time management with very little supervision. Must be flexible and able to project an assertive and professional image, using tact and good judgment when dealing with difficult situations and upset people. Education/Experience: High School Diploma; Medical Terminology and Secretarial courses preferred. Must have 2 years experience in an office or hospital setting where scheduling, secretarial duties are utilized. Location: Archbold Medical Center INTERVENTIONAL VASC/CARD Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift, 8am - 4:30pm
