Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Belfair, Washington

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid SLP licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure in Washington State ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and early intervention settings Familiarity with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders common in early childhood Previous school-based or healthcare SLP background is highly valued Responsibilities Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among young students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to foster student growth Collaborate with special education teachers, occupational therapists, counselors, and families to support each child's progress Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and maintain thorough service documentation Offer direct therapy sessions and consultative support to students, adapting approaches based on individual needs Encourage family engagement in the intervention process to foster continued growth at home Compensation for this position ranges from $44.87 to $64.87.
