We are seeking ambitious, energetic, and highly motivated individuals to join our award-winning Retail Leasing Division as Junior Retail Leasing Agents in our New York City office.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in one of the most exciting and competitive sectors of commercial real estate.

As a Junior Retail Leasing Agent, you will work directly with experienced senior brokers, participate in our comprehensive training program, and gain hands-on exposure to every stage of the retail leasing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new retail leasing opportunities throughout New York City.
\n
• Develop relationships with property owners, landlords, retailers, restaurateurs, and business operators.
\n
• Work alongside senior brokers on active leasing assignments and transactions.
\n
• Conduct market research, analyze comparable transactions, and identify emerging retail trends.
\n
• Assist in preparing property presentations, marketing materials, proposals, and leasing strategies.
\n
• Coordinate property tours, client meetings, and negotiations.
\n
• Learn how to structure and negotiate commercial leases from initial proposal through execution.
\n
• Maintain accurate property listings, prospect databases, and client communications.
\n
• Participate in ongoing training sessions, team meetings, and professional development initiatives.
\n
• Build your own network of clients and develop a long-term pipeline of leasing opportunities.
\n

We are looking for individuals with drive, ambition, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine desire to succeed. Previous commercial real estate experience is beneficial but not required. We are willing to train the right candidates.

• Strong interest in commercial real estate, retail leasing, business development, and entrepreneurship.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, outgoing personality with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

• Highly motivated, disciplined, organized, and results-oriented.

• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.

• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
\n
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, real estate databases, or market research tools is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Ability to work full-time, on-site in Manhattan.
