Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current Colorado PT License
• Current BLS
• Master of Science in Physical Therapy
• Relevant and recent PT experience
• Minimum 1 year clinic experience
• Strong orthopedic skills
• Inpatient/acute care experience
• Outpatient experience
• Excellent electronic record navigation skills
• Willing to supervise PTA
• Cedaron/APTA Connect and Meditech EMR experience

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts
• Hours: 7:45 AM - 6:15 PM
• Additional coverage needed for two Fridays at a half day
• Float required between outpatient and inpatient
• Patient mix includes outpatient care, acute care, and swing bed
• Assignment length: 13 weeks or longer

La Junta, Colorado offers access to southeastern Colorado landmarks and open-air recreation.
