Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Hollister, California

Embark on an exciting contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) during a dynamic Extended School Year (ESY) session running from June 16 to July 10. Work Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and help young learners reach their full communication potential.


Ideal candidates will bring expertise in:

• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLPs are also encouraged to apply
• Experience in pediatric and school-based settings
• Comprehensive understanding of speech-language assessment and intervention strategies
• Knowledge of both individual and group therapy approaches for students
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

• Provide targeted speech-language therapy to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and develop measurable goals based on student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, reporting progress regularly
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student outcomes
