Marketing Coordinator- Customer Success Associate

CaptureProof is seeking a full-time employee for a Marketing Coordinator and Customer Success Associate. The right candidate will have time management and multitasking skills that will provide successful balance of both positions.

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Coordinator conferences including registration, logistics, and show preparation.
• Manage and post to social media accounts on a regular basis.
• Update and order collateral and promotional items.
• Plan and write blog content.
• Coordinate marketing messaging with sales team.
• Develop and execute annual marketing road map.
• Email campaign management.
• Monitor industry news.
• Other day to day duties as assigned.

Customer Success Associate Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot customer problems and resolve customer complaints.
• Answer the phone, greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
• Answer customer questions and provide feedback to our development team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service, ideally with phone and/or chat support.
• Minimum of 2 years marketing experience or education.
• Ability to analyze situations and observe patterns.
• Strong ability to communicate and understand the best way to communicate with the person you are speaking with.
• Proficient in Gmail, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and MailChimp.
• Must be highly organized and able to multi-task.
• Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken).

This position is full-time, 40 hours per week in our San Francisco office. Occasional travel may be required.
