Are you passionate about cleanliness and creating a welcoming environment for guests? We’re looking for a Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team! Your attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction will help ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for every guest. This is a full-time AM shift position and requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. Responsibilities: Clean and refresh guest rooms, ensuring they meet hotel cleanliness and presentation standards. Change linens, make beds, and restock guest room amenities and supplies. Maintain cleanliness and organization in hallways, housekeeping areas, and other assigned areas. Report maintenance issues, damages, and guest room concerns to the appropriate department or supervisor. Follow established cleaning procedures and all applicable health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner. Properly handle and transport linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment. Assist with deep cleaning and other housekeeping projects as assigned. Work collaboratively with housekeeping leadership and team members to ensure rooms are completed efficiently and to standard. Requirements Experience in housekeeping or hotel operations preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members. Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, lift, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience considered. Ability to follow instructions and work within established cleaning procedures. Previous experience in a hotel environment preferred. Knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations. Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications. Additional language ability preferred. CPR and first aid training preferred.
