Your future role at a glance Location: Murfreesboro, TN Facility: Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford Department: NICU Schedule: PRN | Nights How you'll make an impact in this role Deliver direct patient care in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and provider orders. Implement and monitor care plans while tracking and communicating updates on patient condition. Serve as the primary coordinator across all healthcare disciplines to ensure well-managed patient care. Assess and coordinate discharge planning needs in collaboration with the healthcare team. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Certification specializing in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time ofhire.
