What You'll Do

• Analyze client needs, identify legal solutions, and develop case strategies
• Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
• Prepare correspondence, negotiate settlements, and attend mediation
• Represent clients at hearings and trials with confidence and skill
• Supervise paralegals and assistants, maintain time records, and review billing
