Cosmetics Beauty Advisor - Beauty Generalist

Summary Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to customers on the sales floor. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and deliver demonstrations to showcase benefits and application techniques. Ensure an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales goals and maintaining a professional counter appearance. Responsibilities Greet customers and conduct one-on-one beauty consultations to identify needs and recommend products Demonstrate product application and offer samples or trial services when appropriate Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance Maintain merchandise presentation, restock inventory, and ensure product displays are tidy Process sales transactions, handle returns, and follow store policies Requirements Previous retail or beauty sales experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional demeanor Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Basic knowledge of cosmetic products and makeup application is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
