****$10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS**** As a Registered Nurse (RN) at UAB Medical West, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring that all patients receive the best possible treatment and support. Minimum Qualifications: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alabama. At least 1 year ICU/ER Experience. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
