Corporate Recruiter - Contract

Catalent seeks a contract corporate recruiter to manage full-cycle staffing and recruitment strategy for pharma operations. The role involves sourcing candidates, developing recruitment programs, and collaborating with HR and hiring managers in a remote position near a company site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to establish staffing strategies and job requirements
• Monitor requisition progress from approval through closure
• Develop and implement recruitment programs ensuring effectiveness and brand consistency
• Source candidates using databases, job postings, networking, and social media channels
• Evaluate candidate motivations and influence decisions through consultative approach

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
• 3+ years recruiting experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated ability to develop passive recruitment and pipeline strategies
• Microsoft Excel proficiency highly preferred
• Pharma or biotech recruiting experience highly preferred
• Strong ATS and CRM knowledge; Workday and Phenom experience preferred
• Virtual talent engagement and relationship-building capabilities

Compensation: $45–$50 per hour
