Reliability EngineerHiFyve is hiring a Reliability Engineer in the Chemical Manufacturing industry in Geneseo, NY!Salary: $87,800 - $116,300 annually + up to 6% bonusShift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PMLocation: Geneseo, NYJob Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain the site's Mechanical Integrity program to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.Perform equipment reliability studies and implement strategies to improve asset reliability, utilization, and predictive maintenance programs.Maintain equipment records, SAP Bills of Materials, and identify required spare parts to support maintenance operations.Lead continuous improvement initiatives by utilizing reliability tools such as RCFA, FMEA, Weibull analysis, and DMAIC methodologies to reduce equipment failures.Provide technical expertise for job planning, equipment troubleshooting, maintenance strategies, and repair scope development.Manage assigned capital projects, including project planning, budgeting, engineering evaluations, bid packages, and project documentation.Serve as the Plant Energy Manager by leading initiatives to improve site energy efficiency and sustainability.Support site safety initiatives by participating in Management of Change (MOC) reviews, promoting HESQ policies, and encouraging the reporting of safety and environmental incidents.Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing maintenance and/or reliability engineering experience, preferably within the chemical manufacturing industryEducation RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering (required)API Certification preferredIf you are interested, please apply.
