Mechanical Maintenance Technician for Night Shift

Now hiring Mechanical Maintenance Technician for NIGHT SHIFT in Tampa, FL

What You'll Do:

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment

Troubleshoot mechanical issues involving conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, and hydraulic systems

Inspect equipment and identify potential failures before they impact production

Repair, replace, and align mechanical components to ensure optimal performance

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and improve reliability

Follow all safety procedures and company maintenance standards

What We're Looking For:

Experience performing mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing, industrial, paper mill, or production environment

Strong troubleshooting and repair skills

Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, conveyors, pumps, and rotating equipment

Ability to use precision measurement tools and maintenance equipment

Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

Preventive maintenance experience preferred

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.29 - $32.39/hr.
