Overview The Hilton Anatole is a AAA 4-Diamond property located on 45 acres in the Design District of Dallas, boasting over 1600 rooms, 600,000 square feet of banquet space, and 6 food and beverage outlets (3 restaurants, a marketplace, in-room dining, and a seasonal water park). The Recreation Manager helps oversee daily operations and reports to the Director of Recreation, supervising a large team of up to 70+ staff. The ideal candidate is a high-energy leader with experience in a high-volume operation and a talent for mentoring others. Responsibilities Direct and oversee the marketing programs and operation of the Health Club, Fitness Center, Spa, and Salon in accordance with local, state, and federal health and cleanliness standards. Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff. Manage all financial aspects of the operation, including profitability, forecasting, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory control.
