Transactional Attorney – Franchise / Trademark Law
Location: Falls Church, Virginia | Fully Remote
I’m working with a highly respected boutique law firm specializing in franchise, licensing, trademark, distribution, and business transactions that is looking to add a Transactional Contracts Attorney to its growing team.

The key requirement is strong contract experience. The firm is open to attorneys coming from adjacent transactional practices who are interested in expanding into franchise law.
What You'll Do
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial and transactional agreements
- Handle franchise-related agreements, licensing arrangements, and other business contracts
- Advise clients on contractual issues, business relationships, and risk allocation
- Support franchise and branded-distribution transactions from structuring through execution
- Work on matters involving trademarks, licensing, intellectual property, and brand protection
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between [$140,000 – $200,000] Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
