Location: Edgerton Care Center – Edgerton, WI (on-siteposition) Status: Full-Time ____________________________________________________ Job Summary: As Director of Nursing at Edgerton Care Center, you will lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of the nursing department. You will set clinical standards, drive performance, and ensure regulatory compliance while developing, coaching, and holding leaders accountable for exceptional outcomes. Partnering closely with executive leadership, you will influence organizational strategy, champion quality initiatives, and build a high-performing nursing team aligned with Edgerton’s mission.
